Disney Begins to Promote Ponyo

In the very first act of a hopefully bigger advertisement campaign, Walt Disney Studios has an image on their official movie site advertising Ponyo’s August 14th release. I would predict this means more information and a trailer aren’t too far behind, so keep a look out.

You can see the image here http://disney.go.com/disneypictures/

And yes, I did receive this information from the Ghibliwiki (formerly Nausicaa.net)

Dragon Ball: Evolution Review

First I would like to get something off of my chest…

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA!

I’m sorry about that, but if we don’t laugh, we cry. And there is plenty of laughing and crying when it comes to Dragon Ball Evolution, the cinematic “adaptation” of the famed manga/anime by Akira Toriyama. Read more

Still Alive…

I’m not talking about the catchy song from the ending credits to the video game Portal, Just giving a blunt update regarding my lack of updates as of late. Happy Yamsiversary!

Today, April 6th, marks the one year anniversary of the Sloganyams website! Well, in reality it was made in December of 2007, but that was an early version and I only updated it like three times. So today marks the one year anniversary since I actually started doing stuff with the website. Sloganyams has come along way since my incredibly short review of Spiderman 3, and who knows all the places it will go (my guess is it will still basically be the same, but with like a whole lot more stuff crammed in it).

HAPPY YAMSIVERSARY!
