**Best Tag Team**
**Winner: JeriShow (Chris Jericho and The Big Show)**
Had Edge not been injured and had a lengthy title run with Jericho, they would definitely have this spot. But it is interesting that even with Edge replaced, Chris Jericho was still part of the best tag team of the year with the Big Show.
It actually really worked, with Jericho being the smug, self-proclaimed boss of the team, and Big Show being the enforcer.
And the fact that two top tier main eventers brought a ton of prestige back to the tag team division helps as well. Oh, and their lenghty title reign.
Simply put, JeriShow was a great tag team that had good matches, fun rivalries, and a strong presence. It was even a little disappointing to see them lose their tag team titles, even to DX.
And now, ShowMiz looks to replicate the effect of JeriShow (and thankfully, it has worked for the most part).
**Runner-up: Chris Jericho and Edge**
Hello, it’s Chris Jericho and Edge! Two of the best in-ring performers, best talkers, coolest heels and most charismatic wrestlers in the WWE! They would have taken this award had it not ended prematurely with Edge’s injury.
**Runner-up: D-Generation X (DX) (Triple H and Shawn Michaels)**
Shawn Michaels is one of the best pro-wrestlers ever. And Triple H is great as well. And the on-again, off-again revival of DX since 2006 has proven entertaining. Sure, the comedy sketches are hit or miss, and the Hornswoggle mascot thing was kind of pointless. But whenever wrestlers of the main event magnitude of Triple H and Shawn Michaels team up, it gives the tag team ranks a huge boost, which is always a good thing.
And in 2009, DX had some good rivalries with the Legacy and JeriShow.
