The Art of Video Games

It’s an argument that has been going on for year now, are video games an art form? Well this argument has sparked again with film critic Roger Ebert claiming that video games “will never be an art form.”

I have always firmly believed that video games are indeed an art form. I figured now would be a good time to explain some of the reasons why. Read more

But their list is a bit different this time around and they have even dubbed it “the 100 best games to play today” which is more or less a way of saying it’s a best game ever list without outright saying it. Without further waisting your time, here’s the list (with some commentary). Read more
