"Do I have something in my teeth?"
Sin and Punishment: Star Successor is a classic-style arcade rail shooter for the Nintendo Wii, and serves as a sequel to the N64 title, Sin & Punishment, which was only released in Japan until it popped up on the Wii Virtual Console. But does Sin & Punishment 2 prove to be a sequel worthy of bringing the series to the western masses? Or should the series have stayed on the Virtual Console? Read more

"Other M...Mother? Earthbound?"
Metroid: Other M is the newest installment of Nintendo’s legendary Metroid franchise. After the 2D days, the Metroid series laid dormant for several years before Retro Studios brought us the now legendary-on-their-own Metroid Prime trilogy. Other M is the product of a collaboration between Nintendo and Team Ninja that looks to bring a more cinematic approach to the series. But do the new development team and cinematic scope revitalize the series once again? Or do the changes have us missing the good ol’ boys at Retro? Read more

"Kirby's Epic Box Art."
Kirby’s Epic Yarn is the latest installment in Nintendo’s long-running Kirby franchise, a series which I think has proven to be incredibly consistent and innovative. Epic Yarn looks to put a new spin on the series (see what I did there?), but do the changes prove up to the series innovative standards? Read more

Doesn’t the title of this say it all? Do I really have to go on? What? I do?! Okay then.

Mario Sports Mix, the latest Mario sports title (and the first one in a good while), is being developed by Square-Enix. And Square-Enix has saw fit to mesh some of their own characters in with Mario and friends (and enemies).
White Mage, Black Mage, Cactaur, Ninja and, of course, Moogle, will all make appearances as playable characters. This is similar to Mario Hoops 3-0n-3 from a couple of years ago.
Seeing Mario and Final Fantasy clash (for the third time) will be fun. But this has me bringing an old rabbit out of my hat…
Time to bring Geno back? Please?
Kirby is Nintendo’s lovable, adorable little pink ball of cuteness. Originally debuting in 1992, Kirby has been in many games spawning several different genres. He has become one of Nintendo’s most prominent, yet under-appreciated, characters. He’s never had a game sell as well as one bearing the Mario, Zelda or Pokemon monikers, and few of his games have received any kind of pre-release hype. But all signs point to the opposite with Kirby’s Epic Yarn, the newest entry in the series for the Nintendo Wii (which will be released this Sunday). To celebrate, I have decided to write a little retrospective of the (main) entries in the Kirby series. Read more
*Yes, this game came out months ago what of it?!*

"We're gonna need a bigger boat..."
Monster Hunter 3 is (as the name bluntly suggests) the third installment in the Monster Hunter series. A series which has achieved wild success in its native Japan, but has failed to capture much attention elsewhere. But is Monster Hunter 3 a game that can bring the series to a more worldwide audience? Read more
